They've Got To Start Somewhere

This is how all my illustrations look before I start adding the colour.

First I quickly sketch them out line pencil.

Secondly create the energetic and defined lines in Indian ink and a dip pen.

And then finally I add the layers of detail in watercolour paints

Ready to scan!
